Insurance
Whilst we take the hassle out of your holiday search, there are one or two things that you are asked to check yourself:

Passport
Do you have a validated passport?
Do you have a valid visa for the country you are visiting?
Have you been vaccinated or inoculated for the country you are visiting?

Money
Have you changed your money?
Please note that certain countries regulate the amount of money you can take in and out of their country.

If you are unsure of the answers to any of the above questions please ask as we will be happy to advise.

Medical Insurance
If you are over 65, please tell us. If you are receiving medical treatment (no more than 7 days prior to departure date) please ensure you obtain a letter from your Doctor stating that you are fit to travel. If in doubt, please ask us. DO NOT TRAVEL AGAINST YOUR DOCTOR'S ADVICE.

Should you be unfortunate and have a claim for Lost or Stolen items please obtain a written report from the Police. We regret we are unable to consider claims which have no police report. A report from the local Representative is not sufficient our representative will do all possible to help.

Damaged/Delayed baggage
All airlines have a special document called Property irregularity report form to be completed for Damaged/Delayed in transit. Please ensure that you obtain this form and that it is signed by Airline Staff. Check that the Report Form that you obtain from the Airline Contains all the relevant information.

Evidence Of Value
Please note where items are lost or stolen the onus is on the insured person to produce suitable evidence of value. Please make certain a valuation of any valuable items has been obtained before departure. In the event of damage to items the salvage will become our property.
