Operators' Booking Conditions/Fair Trading Terms Ensure that you have read the booking conditions which are in your tour operators brochure.

Flight Timings All flight timings are provisional and could be subject to change. You will be informed of a major change.

Square Deals – Sun Deals When this type of late holiday is booked, you should be familiar with the operator's extra conditions.

Credit and Debit Card Payments For all bookings, credit card charges are as follows: Mastercard or visa 1.5%

Cancellations Cancellation must be in writing by lead name and sent to The Package Holiday Company, 1 Ashgrove Mount, Kippax, Leeds LS25 7RD, telephone 0113 2873334. When a holiday is cancelled after full payment has been made, any discounts taken must be repaid and claimed back from your insurance company.

Delivery Times and Pricing For bookings made 1 to 14 days before travel, tickets are collected from the departure airport on the day of travel. For bookings made over 14 days before travel, tickets will be posted approximately 7 days prior to departure.

Prices The price of delivery of your tickets are included in the price, except where the tickets are allocate “Ticket On Departure”. In this case you will be advised of the charge at time of booking as the charge varies depending on the tour operator.

Goa The Indian authorities will not permit Indian passport holders to travel on Charter flights.

Data Protection Act The Package Holiday Company is registered under the above act. To progress with any enquires we need you Name, Address and Telephone number. This information is stored and used in accordance with the above act.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday and late nights by appointment only. All holidays listed on this web are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should the holiday not be available our travel consultant will offer you an alternative.
